Where do I enter in my promo code?
When you are reviewing your cart prior to checkout, there is a field to enter in your promo code. If you are on a mobile device, you will need to scroll down below your items, click on the Promo Code link and a field to enter your code in will appear.
Do you have any promotions running or coupon codes available?
All promotional codes are shown on our website when they are available. You must submit the code in the promo code slot in your cart. This is prior to beginning the checkout process. You will not be able to enter the code after leaving your cart to checkout.
I made a purchase and then you ran a sale! Can I receive the discount on my order?
In an effort to not create chaos for our administrative and fulfillment teams that are working through hundreds of orders daily, we do not retroactively apply discounts to orders that have already been placed. We apologize for this, but the sale dates are the only time in which a discount can be applied to a new order. Similarly, if you have missed a sale, the dates are firm. In some cases, we can offer an alternative code, but cannot guarantee that the discount will be the same as the sale.
I forgot to enter my promo code in, can you still honor it?
In an effort to not create chaos for our administrative team that is working through hundreds of orders daily, we do not retroactively apply discounts to orders that have already been placed. You are responsible for entering a discount code in at the time of checkout. If you are having trouble entering a code in, please do not proceed with your order without calling or emailing our team first so we can help you.
What countries/locations do you ship to?
At this time, we only ship to the Continental US., Puerto Rico and Canada. We have dealers available in Australia and Puerto Rico.
I need to return my item.

I just placed my order and realize I need to change / add / remove an item. What do I do?
Orders have a short window in which they can be cancelled or changed. Once an order has started processing with our fulfillment team, we are no longer able to make changes. Please email us at support@ballard-inc.com in order to do this as soon as possible. We are not able to add items to an order once payment has been processed, all additions will need to be placed as additional orders.
Do you have a physical store front or showroom?
At this time we do not have a physical location, only a shipping warehouse, which is located in Ankeny, Iowa.
What are your hours? What days do you ship?
Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST. We try to respond to inquiries as quickly as possible, but all inquiries will be responded to within 2 business days. We ship all five days of the week.
My item is defective, what is your warranty policy?
Most of our items have a limited warranty that is good for six months, however if your product is defective, please reach out to support@ballard-inc.com so that we can assist you. Please inspect all items upon delivery to make sure we can fix any issues immediately.
Can I exchange an item if I ordered the wrong size?
We do not offer product exchanges, but you can return your product within 45 days of purchase for a refund, and you can purchase the correct item when you are ready. If you aren't sure of the correct size, please reach out to us.
I have received incorrect items for my order.
Please email support@ballard-inc.com with your order number and a photo of what you received.
Do you offer payment plans?
We currently work with Sezzle to arrange payment options.
Do I have to be jacked to use the super jack?
The jacks work for the majority of our customers. When lifting, it is more technique then power. It is one solid push-through motion using your leg and not pulling back on the handle.
How do I get set up as a dealer?

Can I purchase replacement parts for a product I ordered from you?
Every replacement part we currently sell is listed on our website. If you cannot find what you are looking for, please contact gearguru@ballard-inc.com for assistance.
We do not take orders via POs, but we can provide you with a quote if necessary. We can also set your account up to be tax exempt. Please create a customer profile and email your account information as well as a tax exemption certificate to support@ballard-inc.com.
We're sorry this has happened. We've done considerable research to make sure we have the fitment correct for mowers, so please check out some of our installation videos on our website to make sure all steps are being followed and the hardware is installed correctly. Will the Sulky Aero8tor work on my stander mower?
On stander units, you need to have the flip-up platform to attach it without modifications.
I have a trailer with round side rails, will the trailer racks work?
You can do one of two things for this, you can purchase our Round Tube Trailer Brackets, you will need one for each contact point the rack has with your trailer (for most items this is one, but for the trimmer racks, this is two); or you could use longer grade 8 hardware and drill all the way through the rail in the center, which gives you a good amount of stability and strength.
