Getting the Best Results from Your Bonus Bagger
The Bonus Bagger adds 27 (Junior) or 35 cu. ft. (Standard sizes) of collection capacity, depending on the model. Actual filling performance depends on your mower, blades, material conditions, and airflow through the collection system.
- Collect dry material whenever possible. Wet grass and damp leaves can clump and clog before reaching the extended bag. The full advertised capacity may not be usable in these conditions.
- Start with high-lift blades for grass collection. For dry leaf cleanup, a compatible mulching blade may improve results in some setups by processing leaves into smaller pieces. Contact our product support team for help choosing blades.
- Keep airflow paths clear. Maintain a clean deck, discharge opening, catcher, and collection screens or breathable bag surfaces.
- Reduce your travel speed in heavy material. Take narrower passes as needed while operating at your mower manufacturer’s recommended mowing RPM.
Protect your Bonus Bagger
Avoid dragging a full bag across concrete or gravel. Reverse cautiously: the flexible bag can be pulled underneath the mower.
